    Privacy & Terms Published

    First public Privacy Policy and Terms of Service — the legal floor for a real product site.

  4. July 21, 2026

    Placeholder Site Live We Are Here

    bookfellow.io is up — brand, waitlist, and policies — while the product is built behind the scenes.

  5. Late Q3 2026 · Hopeful

    Alpha

    Invite-only early access for a small circle — enough product to try with real books, while we still learn in the open.

    Target, not a ship date.

  6. Early Q4 2026 · Hopeful

    Beta

    A wider, still-early cut — more people, clearer loops, still not the full public product.

    Rough horizon — will tighten as Alpha teaches us.
